I'm slowly adding some recipes of various world-worthy experiments in brewing everything from wine to cider to beer. But mostly beer. Also cider. Wine too.
My Gear
I currently brew using BIAB in an electric kettle I built which I—before first reading about it—thought was something to do with fermenting prison wine in a large rubbish bag. Turns out it was just a really attractive method preparing all-grain wort with little more equipment and space than a stock pot, pillow-case-sized grain bag and a stovetop.
I have also started growing and storing my own yeast, since it's good fun and saves a bit of money on yeast (if you ignore all the money spent on fancy new lab toys).
